Process Maturity Model
Objective - To provide the reader with a basic Process Maturity model that can be used to assess your business and have a defined path for further improvement. Why assess a process for maturity? It's important to understand the maturity of a process so that appropriate actions can be taken to further improve it and also because the success of many business initiatives depends on it. For e.g., we constantly see organizations or parts of it failing to effectively drive process improvement programs like Lean, Six Sigma, Robotic process automation, etc. That's partly because the processes are not mature enough for these programs to succeed.
